Dane Gagai
Director

Dane Gagai is a Professional Rugby League player based on the East Coast and is of Torres Strait Islander heritage through his father’s family from the Yam Island and Badu Island people, as well as Ngati Pikiao Maori descent from his mother’s ancestry.

He has been one of the most influential voices within the Indigenous community throughout his career and has made a significant impact on those around him wherever he has been based. Dane recognises that meaningful employment for Indigenous Australians leads to improved opportunities for the individual, family and communities, and enhances Indigenous culture, heritage, values, and beliefs.

Shan Keevil-Holdsworth
General Manager

Shan is a proud Gamilaraay Man from Coonabarabran, a town in Warrumbungle Shire that sits on the divide between the Central West and Northwest Slopes regions of NSW.

Shan is a qualified Indigenous Trainer & Assessor, has worked in many different industries and Indigenous communities for over 20 years. He is very enthusiastic about creating opportunities and change in his community.

Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into realty, the only way to do magnificent work is love what you do, and lead by example.

Dthane Eckford-Williamson
Business Development Manager, NSW

Dthane is a proud Euahlayi Man from northwest NSW with strong connections to country and his family heritage. His father, Michael Eckford, is one of the founding members of the aboriginal tent embassy.

Dthane has more than a decade of experience in the mining industry, in both surface and underground, along with extensive plant and earthmoving experience and knowledge.

My goal is to help and drive a initiative to develop indigenous youth and create and foster new leaders within our communities, my motto when working with and helping indigenous communities is ‘lets break the cycle together’.
